Shipping Policy
For peak season (Valentine's Day and Mother's Day etc) we are unable to deliver, please set up a schedule for pick up with our admins. Please note that we require a minimum of 1-hour notice before your arrival, and we kindly ask that you receive confirmation from us prior to showing up. Pick up: Semanan, kalideres.
For the normal season, while delivery/pickup is available for your convenience, please note that for any important morning events, we recommend scheduling the delivery/pick up for the day prior. This is due to the high volume of bulk orders we receive for morning deliveries, which may result in scheduling constraints.
​Delivery time: 1-2 hours* instant delivery. (Delivery times may be delayed due to traffic or weather conditions.)
Return & Exchange Policy
Once orders have been 'assigned to production', no changes can be accepted. On rare occasions, sometimes flowers do get damaged in transit, which we will not be liable for. Conversely, in the event that an issue falls under our fault, please note that we may require the original product to be returned in order to process a refund.

Flower availability and substitution
All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers do not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
